Evaporative loss PC software is FireControl WIP: Lots of notes. It works very well but does require a fair bit of self-study to come up to speed on the workflow, unless you're just going to cut a "cut ready" file from Fireshare, similar to printing something from Thingiverse. Luckily the process is pretty well documented in videos here https://www.langmuirsystems.com/software/fusion and also following the support tree on Langmuir's website. Yes, the NUC miniPC there is setup, but one need's their own Fusion360 or other design software to generate the gcode that FireControl uses. The drain fill system works. It could maybe use more support for the PVC pipes only have about a thread and half of engagement on the metal drain. I put one support strap on, but another wouldn't hurt. It could probably also use another 5 gallons of water or so. I don't know much about adding the borax for corrosion prevention. There is a box of it there. I added a little, but probably needs more from the little I read. I don't really know the right ratio, the only amount added is what is gone from that box, but I think draining when done is the biggest improvement to slow the rusting. It is just the one ball valve with the sharpie arrow on it that is used on close or drain the pipes/table. For now, you can just adjust the pressure at the compressor, which is what I did. Around 80 PSI, but that info is in the Hypertherm manual which is at the PC. There are cut settings charts in the manual and also on the desktop that cover what tips to use (fine cut for smaller stuff, the one I just ordered for bigger stuff). Stainless should not be allowed until there is a good fume evacuation system. Unfortunately, there is a bit of setup work that one has to do with adding the machine and tool in Fusion360 and that is tied to one's user account, so no shop profile right now. I think I left my account logged on when I left. The process is in those videos though. Not that I've used it, but the paid ($150?) SheetCam program is most likely easier for a newbie to come up to speed on for taking your 2d design and generating gcode since it's just 2d vs Fusion360.Specs4' x 3' cut areaManufacturers Product Linkhttps://www.langmuirsystems.com/proInstructional Link 1https://forum.langmuirsystems.com/c/crossfire-pro/24LIST EDIT
